What happens if I don’t have the funds in my account when the recurring or automatic payment pulls from my other financial institution?
We will attempt to withdraw the funds out of your account once for the recurring or automatic payment. If you do not have the funds in your account, your payment will not post for that month and you will need to make a payment through a different channel. We will attempt to withdraw the funds the following month.
