You cannot make a payment through this service on your student loans. Please visit our Student Loans page to access the Student Loan Center where you can make a payment.

This may also mean that your loan payment cannot be made through this service because your minimum payment is greater than $1,500, your loan is paid off in full, your loan is set to be paid off within 2 months or if your loan is 40 or more days delinquent. No. At this time, principal only payments are not available to be processed using the online loan payment service.
Please note: the payment will not display on your loan or within this service immediately. The method you used to make a payment (debit or account and routing number) will affect when the payment is applied to the loan.
If you use the debit card option to make the payment: Your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST the same day you made the payment. If you made the payment after 6:05 p.m. PST, your payment will display the following day.
If you use the account/routing number option to make the payment: If you made a payment before 6:00 p.m. PST on a business day, your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST. If you made a payment to your loan after 6:00 p.m. PST or on a non-business day, your loan payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 PST on the next business day.
If you are logging back into this payment portal as soon as you made the payment, you will not see your payment reflected until the next business day.

Yes, Members may make a partial payment on their Unitus loan using the online loan payment service.
A “Payment Confirmed” Screen will display for you once you’ve followed all the prompts and a confirmation email will be sent to you.
It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be withdrawn out of your other financial institution.

All payments made through the online loan payment service will be applied as a regular payment to your loan account, according to the terms of your Loan Agreement with us.
