Unitus Digital Banking Profile Deletion Policy

Below you’ll find details on how to proceed with any requests to delete your digital banking profile.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

Please contact us via the following methods if you would like to delete your digital banking account:

  1. Email: hello@unitusccu.com
  2. Call: 503-227-5571
  3. Chat: Click the "Let's talk!" bubble at the bottom of this page.
  4. Visit a branch or schedule an appointment

Please note: Deleting your digital profile means deleting your login credentials and profile for both the mobile app and desktop platforms. This does not affect your account with Unitus. If you wish to delete the mobile app, that must be done through your mobile device.

Data Deletion from the App

When you request deletion of your digital banking profile, no data is retained within the app.
