30-year fixed rate with an interest rate of 3.625% and an APR of 3.778% the monthly payment amount is $1,254 (includes principal and interest) for 360 months.

20-year fixed rate with an interest rate of 3.500% and an APR of 3.715% the monthly payment amount  is $1,595 (includes principal and nterest) for 240 months.

15-year fixed rate with an interest rate of 3.125% and an APR of 3.398% the monthly payment amount is $1,916 (includes principal and interest) for 180 months.

10-year fixed rate with an interest rate of 3.125% and an APR of 3.521% the monthly payment is $2,671 (includes principal and interest) for 120 months.

5/1 adjustable rate with an interest rate of 3.125% and an APR of 3.658% the monthly payment is $1,178 for 60 months and $1,497 for 300 months.

7/1 adjustable rate with an interest rate of 3.125% and an APR of 3.574% the monthly payment is $1,178 for 84 months and $1,497 for 276 months.

All examples below are based on a $275,000 loan amount with an LTV of 100%:

30-year fixed rate first-time home buyer with an interest rate of 4.875% and an APR of 4.926% the monthly payment amount is $1,455 (includes principal and interest) for 360 months.

5/5 adjustable rate first-time home buyer with an interest rate of 4.125% and an APR of 3.853% the monthly payment is $1,333 for 60 months and $1,497 for 300 months.

All examples below are based on a $225,000 loan amount with an LTV of 60%:

15 year fixed no appraisal with an interest rate of 3.625% and APR of 3.733% the monthly payment amount is $1,622 (includes principal and interest) for 180 months.

10/1 adjustable rate no appraisal with an interest rate of 3.625% and an APR of 3.781% the monthly payment is $1,026 for 120 months and $1,1295 or 240 months.
