What is the difference between Alerts and Controls?

  • Controls decline transactions that match certain criteria that are set by the member (i.e. transaction limit, merchant type, transaction type).
  • Alerts notify you of transactions that match certain criteria set by the member (i.e. transaction limit, merchant type, transaction type). These alerts are available via Email, SMS, and Push notification.
