The small business credit application will require information about:
- Primary applicant personal information
- Beneficial owners’ information

NOTE: Bank statements are provided by accessing your business accounts’ online banking through our secure portal, which allows statements to be automatically uploaded and analyzed within minutes.

Unitus finances a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars, light-duty trucks, SUVs, and specialized business vehicles like work vans and small box trucks.
NOTE: Some larger trucks and heavy equipment may require an equipment loan rather than a vehicle loan. Your business loan officer will assist in making sure you apply for the best loan to fit your needs.

Unitus generally offers Commercial Real Estate loans for the following real estate types:
- Multi-Family
- Light Industrial/Warehouse
- Retail
- Office
- Self-Storage (temperature controlled only)

In most cases, we simply rely on public records to verify your business. However, we may also request, as applicable, your Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws (corporation), Articles of Organization & Operating Agreement (LLC), Partnership Agreement (partnership), minutes signed by your secretary indicating the authorized signers (Non-Profit, Organization, or HOA), or resolution signed by business officers.

Maximum loan to value’s (LTV) up to 75%. Each loans LTV is determined based on a review of the specific deal criteria including the property, borrowers, and guarantors.

Absolutely! For refinances simply apply and provide a current loan statement and a copy of the vehicle title or registration (if financed by another lender).

Yes, the following vehicles are not eligible for financing:
- Vehicles older than ten calendar years.
- Gray market, salvaged, branded, or lemon law vehicles.

Business credit cards are a helpful tool to track spending, earn rewards and even save money. The Unitus Business Platinum Rewards Visa will have a predetermined spending limit at a competitive interest rate.
Your business can utilize the credit card to pay bills, make purchases and track expenses monthly and you’ll earn rewards with every purchase.

All applications will require the following financial documents to be provided for each entity associated with the commercial real estate loan request:
Business Documents
- 3-years of Business Tax Returns
- Year to Date Property and/or Business P&L
- Schedule of Business Debt
Personal Documents
- 3-years Personal Tax Returns
- Current Personal Financial Statement (PFS) for each owner
- Schedule of Real Estate Owned for each owner

You may access your Unitus Business Platinum Rewards Visa points directly through your Digital Banking. Simply Login, click ‘Accounts’, and go to the ‘View Card Rewards’ menu to view and use your accumulated rewards.

Unitus does not currently offer loans to start-up a business or purchase an existing business.

Simply call our contact center at 503-227-5571 or 1-800-452-0900 and we’ll send you a Business Membership Application form to update/revise owners and/or authorized signers. Additional proof of change such as an updated business registry with the state, or a resolution or meeting minutes, may be needed.

From the time of application and receipt of all financial documentation, a decision is usually made within 5-15 business days. Unitus can typically close a commercial real estate loan within 60-75 days from receipt of a full application and financial package.

You can transfer funds within your account, pay bills using online bill pay, and make payments to your business loan or line of credit.

At this time, Unitus does not offer Business construction or land/property development loans.

Unitus does not process payroll tax deposits for business accounts. However, we recommend you use EFTPS Online, a free service offered by the US Department of the Treasury.

Unitus does not currently offer loans to purchase new or existing businesses.

Unitus makes it easy to manage your card through Digital Banking and the Unitus mobile app. You may view transactions, pay your bill or monitor your account.

At Unitus, your Business Platinum Rewards Visa provides access to benefits like:

- Flexible spending limits per card
- Annual card fee waived the first year and can be waived each year thereafter with $2,500 in purchases per year, per card. Otherwise $25 fee per card.

The loan term for commercial properties is typically five, seven or 10 years. The amortization period is usually 20 or 25 years. With 30-year amortizations being considered on some well positioned multi-family properties.

We can finance deals anywhere from $500,000 to $5 million and possibly more. If your project falls outside of this range, contact one of our Commercial Loan Officers to discuss options.
