Message to Our Members – June 2026

(2 Minute Read) — As we look ahead to the summer season, I’d like to take a moment to connect and share a few exciting updates with you. 

Recently, Unitus had the pleasure of welcoming credit union leaders from across the country who were in Portland for a conference with Inclusiv, an organization dedicated to expanding financial inclusion through the credit union movement. It was an honor to open our doors and share in that mission together. 

In partnership with Visa, we also hosted conference attendees at Providence Park – home of the Portland Timbers – for a fun and memorable “game of financial soccer.” During this event, we were especially excited to introduce something new for our members: Movi^SM, our international money transfer service. 

Unitus is proud to be the first credit union to offer Movi, a low-cost, transparent, and secure way to send money internationally. Designed with your needs in mind, Movi is easy to access through digital banking and gives you flexible options, including:

• Sending funds directly to a bank account

• Depositing to a debit card

• Arranging cash pickup 

Many of you have told us how important international transfer services are, and we’re thrilled to bring this solution to you. To make it even better, fees will be waived through the end of August.
