Message to Our Members – November 2026
(2 Minute Read) — In this season of gratitude, I’m especially thankful for you: our members, employees, and community partners. The ways you show up for one another make a difference every day. Your trust and support help Unitus do what we’re here to do: help individuals and families build a stronger financial foundation and a brighter future.
November is also Native American Heritage Month, an opportunity to honor the cultures, traditions, and ongoing contributions of Indigenous peoples. We’re grateful for the wisdom, stewardship, and resilience of Native communities across the Pacific Northwest. Their living history is part of the land we share, and this month offers a meaningful moment to reflect on that connection.
On Veterans Day, Nov. 11, we’ll pause to honor those who’ve served our country. Unitus will be closed in observance of the federal holiday, and I hope you’ll join me in thanking our veterans. To the members, employees, and neighbors who answered the call to serve: thank you for your service.
Giving back is also at the heart of our Social Responsibility Commitments. This year, we’ve expanded volunteer efforts, increased access to home loans for first-time homebuyers, supported small businesses, and helped members build emergency savings. It all comes back to a belief we share. Everyone deserves the chance to build financial well-being, whether they’re saving for the unexpected or taking that first step toward homeownership.
As you find your own ways to give thanks and give back this season, remember that being a Unitus member is part of something bigger. Your membership helps make a lasting difference. Together, we’re building stronger communities for everyone.
Thank you for being part of the Unitus family, and for all you make possible.
