National Member Experience Day

We’re excited to welcome you to our branches for National Member Experience Day on Tuesday, October 6. Stop by anytime that day for treats, prizes, and plenty of fun. It’s one small way we can thank you for your trust and celebrate the essential role you play in our credit union community.

Festival de Mariachi

As Hispanic Heritage Month continues through October 15, I’m also delighted to share photos from our fifth annual Festival de Mariachi. This year’s celebration was a tremendous success, bringing our community together through live performances, wonderful food, and the creativity of talented artisans and vendors. We’re already looking forward to continuing this tradition next year.

International Credit Union Day

Later this month, we’ll join credit unions around the world in celebrating International Credit Union Day Day on October 15. It’s an opportunity to honor the history and achievements of the credit union movement—and the cooperative spirit that helps members and communities thrive.

This year’s theme, “Cooperative Finance: A Steady Signal in a Noisy World,” reflects the enduring value of people helping people. I invite you to check out this video to learn more about ICU Day.

10 Years as President and CEO

I also just marked my 10th year as President and CEO of Unitus Community Credit Union. I’m deeply grateful for your trust, partnership, and loyalty. Your voice and participation make Unitus stronger, and it is a privilege to serve you.

Because of your membership, we can invest in our communities, expand access to inclusive financial products and services, and support you through life’s defining moments.
