How do I register for the Unitus Card Guard app?

1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Tap on Create an Account
3. Accept the Unitus Terms and Conditions.
4. Enter:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Username
   • Password
5. You will receive a verification code via SMS.
6. Enter the activation code into the application where requested.
7. Tap Continue.
8. You will be asked to input some personal information, answer a few questions to verify identity.
9. You must add a Card for the app to be considered active.
   NOTE: The first card enrolled will become the default card that will be presented upon login each time.
10. Tap Add Card.
11. Once your card is added you can set up customized alerts and controls.
