What if I find unauthorized charges on the card I use with Samsung Pay?

Your Unitus Community Credit Union debit and credit cards are provided with the built-in security of Unitus Community Credit Union’s fraud monitoring and Visa’s Zero Liability Policy protection.  If your card or its number is ever lost or stolen, you’re not responsible for unauthorized transactions when you report them promptly.

To dispute a debit card or credit card transaction, please call Unitus at 1.800.452.0900, opt. 1, Monday – Friday 7:25 AM – 6:05 PM or Saturday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
