Portland, OR, June 1, 2017 – Unitus Community Credit Union today announced they will soon open new branches in SE and SW Portland. The first new branch, scheduled to open in the fourth quarter 2017, will be located in Multnomah Village at 7707 SW Capitol Hwy, Suite 103. The second new branch, opening in the first quarter 2018, will be in Westmoreland at 1623 SE Bybee Blvd.
Both new branches will provide a full range of financial services, including checking, savings and retirement accounts, auto, business, equity and home loans, full-service deposit-taking ATMs, and personal financial assistance from trained Member Advocates. Members are invited to come inside either branch to handle their transactions or speak with Member Advocates about how Unitus can help them reach their financial goals.
“This is a great opportunity to provide a more convenient in-person experience for more Unitus members, putting a friendly face to finances,” said Steve Stapp, President & CEO of Unitus. “We want our members to know that we are here to help walk them through every step along the path toward improving their financial well-being.”
The new branches in Multnomah Village and Westmoreland will be the first Unitus branches to open after Unitus celebrates its 80th anniversary this July. With the two new branches, Unitus will have eleven local branches serving members and community partners.
