What do you want a member to take away from talking with you?
“I want members to feel that I’ve heard them and that I understand their specific circumstances, challenges, and goals.
As we establish a relationship, from my perspective, it is my responsibility to help them achieve their financial planning goals and be successful.“

What’s your overall method to help members reach their goals?
“I believe strongly in creating financial plans with real goals, realistic probabilities, and clear expectations.
First I work to be as specific as possible to help make sure we’re succeeding on the member’s terms. Then I make sure to help them carry out their plan based on their timelines and risk tolerance.
Of course, no matter how well we plan, real life unfolds in ways we can’t predict. While I try to forecast some of these possibilities beforehand and discuss solutions ahead of time, we can’t avoid uncertainty.
The rewarding thing is, I’ve deepened relationships with past clients specifically in those moments where the winds of change blew hard and we needed to work together to build a new path toward their goals.
