Our focus is and will continue to be serving you. In one way or another, many of us have been affected by this COVID-19 pandemic.
Since 1937, Unitus Community Credit Union has been focused on serving our members. From the Great Depression to the 2008 financial crisis, and everything in between, we have continued to provide uninterrupted and reliable service. Although circumstances have changed, our commitment to navigating through these moments with you has not changed.
We are committed to doing the right thing for the people in our communities. Should you have any needs, we will stand ready to assist you in any way we can, and will continue to maintain open communications with our membership.
To help slow the spread of the virus, following advisories from state and global authorities, we have closed all Unitus branch lobbies.The drive-thru windows are currently open at Beaverton, Clackamas, Mill Plain and Salem.
9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. (M-F)
10:00 a.m.—2:00 p.m. (Saturday)
Branches are currently closed to Shared Branching transactions. We encourage Unitus members to utilize remote services: online banking, mobile app (including mobile deposit).
We offer access to over 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs.
We encourage you to use your debit card and digital wallet to make purchases at this time. Did you know you can get cash back when you use your debit card at the grocery store?
Small Business Resources
To our existing business members who are facing financial hardships, Unitus is offering 30-60 day skip payments on certain loans:
- Business vehicle loans
- Equipment loans
- Business term loans (non-real estate)

Special Financial Assistance
We’ve created special financial assistance for Unitus members in need of assistance:
- A short-term emergency loan available to you at zero percent for up to 12 months, with no payment for 90 days
- Skip Payment now available for request in uOnline; fees waived
- Debt Consolidation and Loan Modification options
- No fee or penalty for withdrawing funds early from a Certificate of Deposit
- Access to Financial Counseling through GreenPath Financial Wellness
