• Check your Unitus account balances hourly, daily or weekly-your account information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Not sure about a check you've written? Retrieve images of the checks through uOnline.
• Sign up for OnLine Bill Pay and pay all your bills online. OnLine Bill Pay is free to all members.
• Sign up for eStatements and view or print statements up to one year old.
• Schedule recurring payments up to 40 years in advance!
• Access each of your loan accounts.
• Place a stop payment on a check quickly and easily.
• Too busy to stop by one of our branches? Request a check withdrawal.

uTransfer
uOnline gives you the power to be your own teller for free with uTransfer.

uTransfer allows you to move money from one account to another and transfer funds from your Unitus account to just about any other account.

Send money to anyone, anywhere—safely, easily, quickly and freely.

To use uTransfer—a free service, courtesy of the credit union—you just need to know where your money is going (the account number and financial institution) and make sure your name is on the account you're using uTransfer for.

Join the online revolution and sign up for eStatements!
Go paperless - receive your account statements electronically each month. To sign up for eStatements, log onto uOnline, select the History Menu and then select eStatements. (Please note you'll need a valid email address in order to receive eStatements).

Enhanced Security

• Second Factor Authentication
  As security enhancements continue to be an ongoing focus and priority for Unitus, we are introducing a new uOnline security feature. uOnline introduces a new login procedure for online banking. After you log in to uOnline using your account number and password, you will be greeted with a new security page. This page will prompt you to select four security questions and enter your own answers such as your first pet's name, favorite sport, etc. The information you enter will be stored in uOnline for future use in helping to confirm your identity.

  uOnline will use this information to confirm your identity in the event that your session meets a pre-defined set of criteria. For your protection we record all online activity in detailed logs. As an additional layer of security we will periodically ask that you answer your security questions to help confirm your identity. In addition to your account number and password, you will be shown one security question and a list of answers to choose from. Once you select the correct answer you originally entered you can proceed to the uOnline Account Info page. If you are not able to correctly answer the security question, you cannot proceed to uOnline. In order to log in, you need to contact us at 503-227-5571 or 1-800-452-0900 during normal business hours. This additional level of authentication will ensure that uOnline continues to be an extremely safe and reliable system for a long time to come.

• Enhanced ACH
  With security in mind, Unitus has introduced new verification procedures for new uOnline ACH financial institution transfer account setups. With this process, every time a user adds a new Financial Institution account number to their account list, a new verification process will be required before an ACH transaction can be scheduled. When a new financial institution account number is set up, our system will generate a withdrawal and deposit for a random amount of less than $1.00. The user must validate this transaction in uOnline before scheduling any transfers. These verification transactions will not be recorded on the member's Unitus account.

  After you set up a new financial institution account number you will need to check your account at the other Financial Institution within 3 business days, then log on to uOnline and correctly validate the verification transaction amount under the Transfers/ Other Inst/ Manage Accounts tab in order to activate the new account for transfers.
