Our business services are presently geared toward smaller business that meet the following criterion:

  • The business must qualify for membership with Unitus (both the business and collateral must be located within the seven counties we serve (Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas, Marion, Polk, Yamhill or Clark)
  • The business must be established at least two years
  • The business must provide a personal guarantee from all owners of the business

Unitus currently does not offer start-up business loans or loans to purchase existing businesses (acquisition loans).
