Mortgage Lending Manager
Location: Corporate Office
Shift Available: Full Time

Responsible for the overall management and asset quality of the credit union's mortgage loan portfolio. Assist the Assistant Vice President of Credit Services with planning, organizing, directing and controlling mortgage lending to ensure proper quality and quantity of lending, member satisfaction and professionalism. Evaluate individual performance, hire staff, and provide training and development as appropriate. Must have at least five years related mortgage lending experience and at least two years supervisory or management experience. Requires a BA or BS in Business or related major, or equivalent experience. Must have thorough understanding and extensive knowledge of all aspects of mortgage lending in order to provide expertise, offer guidance, establish policy, and maintain oversight.

Compliance Officer
Location: Corporate Office
Shift Available: Full Time

Collaborate with management to administer the Organization’s compliance program, under the direction of the Chief Internal Auditor. Review organizational operations for compliance with existing laws, rules and regulations. Research new and changing legal/compliance requirements to assist business units with compliance. Facilitate the compliance training program for management and staff. Assist in the creation and maintenance of regulatory compliant forms, agreements and disclosures. Conduct internal audits as assigned. Stay abreast of compliance trends and best practices in auditing. Requires at least five years of recent experience and knowledge in lending and/or deposit regulations, along with a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must have understanding of basic audit functions, along with ability to read, evaluate, and interpret complex regulatory and technical journals.

Operations Support Specialist
Location: Corporate Office
Shift Available: Full Time

Provide procedure support for branch and contact center personnel. Perform research and adjustment requests and wire transfers, develop, create and write internal operational procedures. Assist with garnishment processing, levy processing, share drafts, shared branching and ATM adjustments. Must have ability to conduct needs assessments, identify problems, develop solutions, and identify appropriate course of action. Requires a minimum of two years of related financial services experience, along with a two-year degree in a related field or equivalent related work experience.

Member Service Representative 2 or 3, Member Loan Center
Location: Corporate Office
Shifts available: Full Time

Apply excellent member service practices to interview existing and potential members by phone to gather information, explain loan products, services and policies, including membership eligibility requirements. Identify specific needs as well as cross sell products and services. May specialize in home equity processing, title desk duties or quality assurance, depending on business needs. Requires 1-3 years experience in a financial institution, along with a two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Must have solid working knowledge of consumer lending laws and regulations, including collecting on past due loans and educating members on how to improve their credit.

Member Service Representative 2, Contact Center

Shifts available: Full Time

Provide service and resolution to internal and external members in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds service standards and performance goals. Provide basic, intermediate and some complex issues and/or transactions, primarily phone. Occasionally assist with e-commerce or in-branch. Maintain current knowledge of all products, services and procedures to ensure that the financial needs of members are met in accordance with regulations. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent). One year financial industry or call center work experience preferred.

Member Service Representative 1

Process deposit and withdrawal transactions and check receipts for members. Assist members with all product and service needs, including opening new accounts and mailing new account forms. Provide information regarding new and on-gong marketing promotions in order to offer all Credit Union products and services effectively. Process mail and post transaction items and instructions received from members. Qualified candidates will demonstrate outstanding member service, communication and human relation skills, along with accuracy in cash handling, cash balancing and 10-key. Requires at least one year of customer service and cash handling experience, along with a two-year college degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience.)
