Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Corporate Office
Shift Available: Full Time

Manage and analyze the Credit Union’s financial data in supporting the growth and profitability of the overall balance sheet. Play a key role in supporting the areas of cash management, interest rate risk management and portfolio risk management. May provide oversight, guidance, and quality reviews for a small team of analysts.

Requirements:
Requires a B.A. or B.S. degree in finance or related field, along with experience in a research or project related position. Five years of directly related financial analysis or corporate accounting experience preferred.

Senior Network Engineer
Location: Corporate Office
Shift Available: Full Time

Responsible for the daily operations of the Credit Union’s network technologies, including servers, switches and routers, telephony systems, and enterprise corporate WAN, administration, operations, and change in control of all network services. Provide ‘tier 3’ support to Helpdesk for network and other related issues. Work with the Network Operations Manager and leadership to design, document, implement and maintain system operations standards.

Requirements:
Requires a B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Must have at least 7 years of experience in a multi-site WAN environment. MCSE required, CCNA or equivalent strongly preferred.

Member Service Representative 2, Contact Center
Location: Corporate Office
Shifts available: Full Time

Provide service and resolution to internal and external members in a manner that consistently meets or exceeds service standards and performance goals. Provide basic, intermediate and some complex issues and/or transactions, primarily phone. Occasionally assist with e-commerce or in-branch. Maintain current knowledge of all products, services and procedures to ensure that the financial needs of members are met in accordance with regulations.

Requirements:
High school diploma (or equivalent). One year financial industry or call center work experience preferred.

Provide excellent member service during each financial transaction, including deposits, withdrawals, check receipts and inquiries. Qualified applicants must be member service orientated and have the ability to offer members additional products and services. Must be able to demonstrate strong communication, human relation and interpersonal skills while handling multiple tasks and ensuring attention to detail.

Requirements:
Two-year college degree in related field or equivalent work experience and a minimum one-year of cash handling and customer service experience required. Previous teller experience preferred. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus.

Registered Investment Assistant
Location: University District Branch
Shift available: Full Time

Under the direction of management and the Financial Advisor, generate investment sales by cultivating and sustaining customer relationships that maximize member satisfaction, retention and loyalty. Provide needs assessment and fulfillment. Build staff awareness of investment and insurance products.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Insurance or equivalent professional work experience, in addition to 3 years of related experience within the financial services industry with emphasis on member service, investments, and/or sales. Must have a depth and breadth of knowledge of financial services products and services, interest rates, distribution channels and basic knowledge of financial markets. Also requires ability to earn and maintain FINRA Series 6 and 63 and Life Insurance License.

Member Service Representative 2
Location: Mall 205 Branch
Shift available: Full Time

Provide members with product, service, rate and account information. Open accounts, perform lending functions, provide information regarding new or on-going promotions.

Provide members with product, service, rate and account information. Open accounts, perform lending functions, provide information regarding new or on-going promotions. This is a roving position to include shifts at all seven branch locations within the Portland metro area, depending on business needs. This position will be based out of the Tanasbourne branch.

Requirements:
Requires 1-3 years experience in a financial institution, along with a two-year degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience), and the ability to work a Monday, Friday and Saturday shift. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus.
